Chocolate Chip Cookies
100 g (4oz) Self-Raising Flour
25 g (1oz) Cocoa
50 g (2oz) Margarine
50 g (2oz) Sugar
50 g (2oz) Chocolate Chips
½ Egg
Few drops of vanilla essence
* Heat oven to 180 C. 350 F. Gas Mark 4.
Lightly grease a baking tray.
* Cream margarine and sugar until pale in colour.
* Beat egg and vanilla essence together.
* Stir in the flour and cocoa and chocolate chips adding the egg mixture.
* Make little balls with the help of floured hands and gently press down on to tray.
* Cook for about 15 minutes.
