Kesgrave Library is holding several special Christmas events in December.
There will be a Community Group Christmas Fayre at the library on Saturday 14 December from 2pm to 4pm at the library. This event will include Santa’s Grotto, various fun stalls, homemade cards, refreshments and more.
The new Kesgrave Library Community Group Baking Club will also have a Christmas theme when it meets at the library on Thursday 19 December at 7pm. People are invited to bring along home baked cakes, bread or pastries to share it with friends
The library’s regular Sunday activities for children all have a festive theme next month. These activities run from 10am to 12noon on Sundays:
- 1 December – Santa’s helpers with green hair! A session making elves and planting cress
- 8 December – Handprint reindeer pictures
- 15 December – Making woollen wreath decorations
- 22 December – Decorating snowmen
- 29 December – Making 2014 calendar bookmarks
