Win Win (15)
Paul Giamatti stars in writer/director Thomas McCarthy’s comedy drama about a beleaguered lawyer and part-time wrestling coach who schemes to keep his practice from going under by acting as the legal caretaker of an elderly client. He thinks he has discovered the perfect loophole to keep his practice in business, but the client’s troubled grandson shows up. Rich, wonderful characters and strong performances mean that this delightful comedy also says something genuine about real lives.

Moishe’s Bagel
Rip-roaring, foot-stomping, jazz-inflected klezmer and Balkan music from some of Scotland’s finest musicians. An intoxicating, life-affirming mix of Eastern European dance music, Middle Eastern rhythms and virtuoso performances. Highly danceable, and visually and aurally exciting – Moishe’s Bagel already has a dedicated local fan-base.
‘Exhilarating, full-flavoured stuff, often breath-takingly intricate but played with jubilation… the Bagel acquires the momentum of an express train’ The Herald
Tickets £12 / Concessions £10
Saturday 25th February 2pm
Winnie the Pooh (U)
Disney have finally done justice to AA Milne’s much loved stories of Pooh and his friends in this new animated movie. Reverting to hand-drawn images, which seem almost revolutionary in their sensitivity after CGI animation, they pay homage to the EH Shepherd drawings that were integral to the original books. The voices (John Cleese narrates) are a match for the artful animation. A perfect film for the family – and even for hard-bitten cynics.
Tickets £4 / Children £2
Wednesday 29th February 8pm
The Skin I Live In (15) – subtitled
A macabre suspense thriller from the master of elegant mystery. A wealthy plastic surgeon (Banderas) tries out a skin substitute on a young woman who may or may not be his disfigured wife.
