The National Gardens Scheme in Norfolk has 24 gardens opening during the peak summer period of June, Some are open at the same time so why not visit two or even three! and make it a great summer day out.

On the 6th June 2012 NARBOROUGH HALL, Narborough PE32 1TE opens from 11-5pm and is a beautiful romantic garden with lake, sumptious borders and woodland walks. Opening nearby on the same day is MANOR FARMHOUSE, Gayton PE32 1QR. providing a complete contrast with a colourful cottage garden and courtyard features on a half acre plot.

Sunday 17th June 2012 has MANOR HOUSE FARM, WELLINGHAM PE32 2TH opening a charming 4 acre garden with lots of interesting features and an unusual ‘ Taj ‘ garden with old fashioned roses, lilies and a pond. On Sunday 24th June 2012 there is not one or two gardens to visit on the day but five all in the one village at MILEHAM, King’s Lynn PE32 2RU. Each garden reflects the interest of their owners with a cook, plant hunter, bird watcher and a museum keeper who even has a museum in the garden! A visit to all five will cost just £5 with a full range of refreshments available so a great day out for all the family.
