Raising Money for Babies at Peace
Saturday 22nd July 2017 at Waveney House Hotel, Beccles

To whom this may concern,
I am hosting a charity ball Saturday 22nd July 2017 at Waveney House Hotel, Beccles to raise money for a local charity Babies at Peace who support bereaved parents and families who have lost their child. They offer regular groups, 1-1’s, helpline, counselling services and more they also offer cuddle cots to local hospital and funeral homes so parents can spend longer making memories with their loved ones.
This will be my second charity ball I have hosted, last year raising over £1,800 for SANDS and Kicks Count. I lost my first born in 2011, he was still born and my world was completely torn apart. Losing him opened my eyes to a much bigger world and although I cannot single handily stop parents going through what I did, I can raise money and awareness for charities who have more power than me and can support parents and families who go through this heart ache every day.
I am looking for business who would be able to support me with this venture, no gesture is too small.
Firstly I am looking for event sponsors £150.
As a sponsor you will receive; advertising as a sponsor on our website, Facebook page, posters and leaflets as well as advertising on the night . You will have a designated table with leaflets and business cards on, logo as a sponsor on the plan of the evening and advertising board displayed thought out the evening (to be provided by the company)
I am also looking for donated Raffle and Auction Prizes to help raise as much money on the night as we can.
