Hundreds of opportunities to get active in Norfolk

For those aged 18 plus, we have a programme of free courses starting in February. These Fun and Fit courses are aimed at people who are not currently active. The courses are in a variety of activities, including dance, swimming, yoga, running and buggy-fit, plus many more. Each course lasts for ten weeks and led by a qualified instructor.
