Workplace Challenges

The next Fit4Work challenge open to any Norfolk business or organisation is the Fit4Work Football Cup set for Thursday 29th August (men) and Friday 30th August (women).

Get a 5-a-side team together to take part in this fun tournament – just £10 per team.

Aged 14 – 25? We have some great Sportivate courses for you!

• Climbing in Norwich. Saturdays 3 – 4pm starting from August 31st. Costs £5 for 6 sessions. For ages 14 – 25
• Snowboarding at Norfolk Snowsports Club. Saturdays 5 – 6.30pm starting on August 24. £20 for 4 sessions. For ages 14 – 19
• Waterskiing and Wakeboarding at Taverham. Saturdays 9.30 – 12.30am staring on September 21. Costs £36 for 6 sessions. for ages 14 – 25
