Gardens in July are reaching their summer peak with borders overflowing with the widest range of plants in full flower. The National Gardens Scheme (NGS) has 18 gardens opening during the month throughout Norfolk so you will have ample opportunities to wallow in the sights and scents of some glorious floral displays. Your visit will also help provide vital funds for the charities the NGS supports,
Highlighted here is just a sample of the lovely gardens on view:
Banhams Barn at Wymondham NR18 9RB is a 1 acre garden with splendid herbaceous borders, large pond and kitchen garden to admire and plants are available to buy. The home made teas on the walled terrace are in aid of “Help for Heroes”

It is lovely to be able to share our garden and at the same help such good causes”.
The Exotic Garden at Thorpe, Norwich NR1 1UL is an exotic city garden covering an acre with the largest tree house in Norfolk. The garden is a riot of colour in July and has a wonderful sub tropical feel.
In all the gardens you can relax and enjoy the renowned homemade teas.
