Pure Floyd

For all Pink Floyd lovers – it’s The Pure Floyd Show

From the powerful backing singers, to the tight percussion and bass section, through to the atmospheric keyboards and awesome note-for-note Gilmour lead breaks, with rhythm guitar and saxophone, all finished off with a great light show, The Pure Floyd Show has been compared to the best tribute acts out there as well as to the original Floyd. The gig style event will include seating and is set for Saturday 18 June at 7.45pm at Beccles Public Hall.

The Pure Floyd Show has a strong regional following and, with most members residing in Norfolk and Suffolk, it has a nice local connection.

Pure Floyd

The Pure Floyd Show covers all eras of Pink Floyds’ music ranging from the psychedelic 60s numbers to the recently released Endless River numbers and you won’t be disappointed as you’ll be able to enjoy all the classic favourites, several obscure ones and sometimes the whole of Dark Side of the Moon.

Spokesman for the band Andy ‘Archie’ Rodwell said: “This will be our first gig in Beccles. The Public Hall has a lot of character and we’re all looking forward to it very much. We have a lot of friends and followers in this area and hope to see old faces as well as new ones on the night”.

Pure Floyd

The band and crew has a real family feel, containing a brother and sister, husband and wife, father and daughter, and father and son.  “This makes us feel very much closer than simply being band mates . One of the highlights of this summer will be headlining on main stage on the opening night of The Cambridge Rock Festival”.
