S1 Builders Ltd and Hard landscapers cater for all the requirements of an ever changing environment. We are a family run Norfolk business that caters for all types of works from new to old. Our tradesmen use all traditional methods and materials, alongside the newest styles and equipment throughout most of Norfolk.
This Norfolk Company is covered by its own two million pound insurance policy, Home pro insurance, Fairtrades and Trademark (government endorsed schemes). On our website we have an online brochure, references and all the details you require about us. There are other references available to be viewed upon request (via sent emails, hand written letters and website inclusions).
We pride ourselves in giving 100%, providing you with a service that you will be satisfied with and all work is guaranteed! Being realistic, honest and trustworthy, we will tell you as it is and have no hidden costs up our sleeves. Along the way we try our hardest to do our bit for the environment by recycling waste and excess materials.
We have a vast knowledge of a multitude of works which can be viewed on the website and have undertaken works from installing a cat flap to six months project renovating a garden. Among our clients are the all-important house wife, VOSA, local parish councils, the Althorpe estate, Estate agents, multinational companies, landlords and other builders.
Upon enquiry, we provide free detailed estimates, which act a binding contract; what you are estimated for is what you will pay for. We don’t ask for money up front, have a tiered payment scheme and provide a detailed layout of what we intend to do, which acts as your guarantee.
