The Children’s Food Trust BIG Cookathon 2015 aims to be the biggest and best mass cooking event in the country!
Aylsham is playing its part with a series of 1-hour cooking workshops at the High School on Saturday 7th March where everyone is welcome to come along and cook a ‘Speedy Biryani’.
All the ingredients will be provided free, courtesy of sponsorship from Broadland District Council, and you will be able to take home and enjoy your finished product.
Whether you are an adult or child, cooking novice or budding celebrity chef, everyone is welcome to this completely free, light-hearted event.
Organised by Slow Food Aylsham, the Saturday Cookathon starts at 9.15am and all you have to do is turn up – all equipment, right down to aprons, will be provided. Booking is advisable, though, so to be absolutely sure of a place just phone 075 1936 1812 or email [email protected] stating your preferred session.
There will be 5 sessions during the day: 9.15am, 10.15am, 11.15am, 12.15pm and 1.15pm and we will reply to your phone message or email to confirm.
PLEASE NOTE: Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
