Auctioneer – Mr Lawrence Baynes

Dear All

On behalf of the Fund Raising & Social Committee I am pleased to show below the exciting and varied Lots for the Auction of Promises to be held in the clubhouse at 7.15pm on Saturday 16 March 2013. We very much hope you will be able to attend. Lawrence Baynes has very kindly agreed to be our auctioneer for the evening.

On arrival you will be offered a free glass of wine or a soft drink and the bar will, of course, be open. During the interval nibbles prepared by the Ladies’ 2nds and Men’s 1sts will be served. I gather the men will be looking for guidance from the ladies!

If you are unable attend you are invited/urged to make a postal bid(s) and more details are available at the end of the list of Lots.

We are, of course, very grateful to all members and friends of the club who have kindly donated Lots for auction. This is sure to be an enjoyable evening so please come along to help raise some funds for the Clubhouse Development Fund.

With kind regards

Mike Denham
