Bungay Flower Club Meeting

The next meeting of the Flower Club will be on Monday April 1st when George Gillespie, known as ‘Gorgous Gerorge’, the plantsman from Earsham Hall will be giving a fascinating talk on the plants he grows and sells.

He will also have some plants to sell on the night.

The meeting will be held in the Emmanuel Rooms, Boyscott Lane, Bungay, NR35 1DG.

Doors open at 6.45pm with the meeting starting at 7.15pm.

Refreshments will be available during the evening and guests are very welcome.

 

Soup Lunch

The Flower Club are holding a fund raising Soup Lunch on Saturday 13 April in Broome Village Hall from 12 noon.

A delicious choice of soups and desserts available for just £6 per person.

There will also be a raffle.

We hope as many members as possible attend and are also opening up the event by inviting non-members who would also like to take advantage of not having to prepare their own lunch on that day.

If any non-member would like to attend can they please phone our Secretary Pat on 01986 893893 by 6th April to book a seat so that we can get an idea of how many to cater for.
