The annual Costessey Fete and Fayre

will be taking place on
Bank Holiday Monday, June 4th 2012.

Our annual Village Fete and Fayre will take place on Monday 4th June 2012 at The Costessey Centre, Longwater Lane, Old Costessey.

This is the Bank Holiday Monday of the extra long weekend declared to celebrate the Queen’s accession to the throne in June 1952.

The Fete is a very popular and well supported event, with over 3,000 people having a great time last year. It runs from 2pm until 5pm, setting up stalls from 12 noon on.

Would you like a stall this year?

Places are available for clubs, societies, businesses and individuals who wish to promote their activities, gain new members, fund raise, and sell their products.

For a bit of fun we are asking the stallholders to wear fancy dress in the style of the 50’s, 60’s, 70’s and 80’s.

So, if you remember Bill Hayley, Cliff and the Shadows, Elvis, Mary Quant, Sandie Shaw and Flower Power now is the time to search your wardrobes! Union Jack outfits are welcome. Kids can dress up too! Anything goes!

Bookings are being taken now.
