Wildlife Art Exhibition
Photos of paintings by Paul Dyson: ‘Synchronised’ – Avocets

A Wildlife Art Exhibition will be taking place at RSPB Minsmere nature reserve’s Discovery Centre, from Friday 4th August to Sunday 6th August 2017 – open from 9.00am-5pm.  Entry to the exhibition is free.   (Normal entry fees to RSPB Minsmere nature reserve apply).

Renowned wildlife artist, Paul Dyson, will be exhibiting his latest paintings capturing the beauty of British wildlife, including Avocets, Waxwings, Marsh Harriers and Grey Wagtails. To achieve the finest detail in his work, the artist paints with watercolour, enhanced with gouache.  The acclaimed artist has won five national awards for his stunning paintings and has gained increasing popularity and success through his British bird images reproduced for RSPB merchandise.

During the three-day exhibition, visitors will be able to enjoy viewing many wildlife framed and unframed paintings and prints, with a range of gifts and greeting cards, all available to purchase.  A percentage from sales will be donated for conservation projects at RSPB Minsmere nature reserve, which celebrated its 70th anniversary earlier this year.

Paul Dyson, who will be in daily residence at the exhibition, said:  “I always look forward to returning to RSPB Minsmere nature reserve, as its abundance of wildlife has inspired many of my paintings.  I also enjoy meeting and talking to visitors about my travels to observe a wide range of wildlife in their natural habitat, both here in the UK and abroad.”
