The Beccles Public Hall team is delighted to announce the sale of Gift Vouchers and Beccles Calendars from the Hall Foyer to help everyone with their Christmas present solutions.

The Beccles Calendars have become a firm favourite for Beccles people to send to their friends and family around the country and beyond as “we know that some end up in Australia!” said James Agget, Hall Manager.

“The calendars were the brain-child of the late Stuart Sneddon, fondly known to everyone as Stu, who very sadly passed away last year. We are determined to keep them going with the help of Beccles Camera Club. Stu was a lovely man who gave so much of himself to the Hall from the work on a new website, poster design, photography and active member of both the Management Group and the Events Team”.said Sue Bergin, Hall Director.

The Beccles Camera Club Meetings are held at 19:30 on the first and third Thursday of each month at the Friends Meeting House, Smallgate, Beccles. Great thanks to Daphne Sneddon, Alan Lyall, volunteer photographer at the Hall and the following Camera Club members for their conttibutons: Mike Lloyd, Eve Copeman, Chris Chandler, Neville Barnard and John Scott.

The calendars cost £4.50 which includes an envelope. They help raise funds for the Hall as well as being in memory of Stu and they are available from the Box Office which is open Mon – Sat, 10am to 3pm.

There are also Gift Vouchers in denominations of £5, £10 & £20 so if a friend or family member likes a variety of events to choose from, they won’t be disappointed with the Hall selection as the hard-working volunteers and James strive to achieve “something for everyone” .

Gift Vouchers for Christmas presents are also available from the Hall Box Office.
