Salisbury Playhouse

Pentabus Rural Theatre Company and Salisbury Playhouse presents As The Crow Flies at Ketteringham Village Hall on Wednesday 22nd March at 7.30pm With support from the arts and community development charity, Creative Arts East.

Alfie keeps hiding Beth’s gardening gloves. She’s got lots to do and it’s just not funny anymore. Why won’t he realise that gardening is helping her forget everything? Why can’t he see she’s still not over her divorce? Why can’t he just be nice?

Based on a true story, ‘As the Crow Flies’ tells how one woman struck up an unlikely friendship with a wounded crow, and features live music, original songs, great drama – and a clever crow called Alfie.

This is a timeless story of friendship, healing, and kindness, written by award winning playwright Hattie Naylor, whose recent work includes ‘The Diary of Samuel Pepys’ adapted for BBC Radio 4.

You can see ‘As The Crow Flies’ at Ketteringham Village Hall on Wednesday 22nd March at 7:30pm.

This event is organised in partnership with Creative Arts East with funding by Arts Council England Norfolk County Council and South Norfolk District Council.
