Become a member of the Academy Company and discover new ways of making theatre with some of the country’s leading directors.
The HighTide Academy is a year-round training programme for young people across the East of England. The Academy gives its members the opportunity to work with professional practitioners and explore different approaches to performance, text and creating new work. Academy members are invited to take part in a variety of projects and workshops during the year and are offered practical support and advice on pursuing a career in the creative industries.
“I really enjoyed working so closely with the director. The Academy has really encouraged me with my decision to pursue acting and directing.”   Zandra Beaumont, Academy 2011 Company
