Dear All,

I am one of the organisers of the second St Peters South Elmham Boules Competition to be held at St Peters Hall, St Peter South Elmham near Bungay on Sunday 14th July 2013.

Last years event was a great success and raised valuable funds for St Peter’s Church.

No experience is necessary as it is intended to be a fun competition. Although there will be trophies for the winners it is aimed at families, friends, pubs and clubs; anyone that would like an enjoyable day out. There will be food and drink available including a BBQ. In additition the Hall Bar and Restuarant and Brewery Shop will be open.

We would love to see you or your club at the competition, it should be a fun day. If you represent a club or society please could you forward this email to your members in case they would like to enter a team.

Last year 24 teams took part. This year we have set a limit of 32 teams, so early booking is advised.

This year we have asked participants to supply their own metal boules where possible. If buying your own boules causes you difficulty we will have a small number of sets available for loan. Please let us know as we would not want this to put you off entering.

As well as the entry form I have also take the liberty of attaching a poster should you have anywhere to display or publish it.
