Mark Moorhouse

A concert of Renaissance and Baroque music is being organised by one of Norfolk’s harpsichord players Mark Moorhouse on Wednesday 15 July 2015 from 12 (noon).

The concert is free to attend and people are asked to stay to enjoy the music for a few minutes or stay for the entire performance. It is an opportunity to hear a unique instrument played in a wonderful setting.

Mark has for several years played concerts of Baroque chamber music around East Anglia and has given solo harpsichord and organ recitals in England, France and Italy.

The concert will be at Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital’s chapel (level 1 centre block) at 12 (noon) and entrance is free and people do not need to book.

Eleanor Langan, NNUH Chaplin said: “We are delighted that Mark has given his time up to perform a unique summer concert which we hope will be enjoyed by patients, staff and visitors of the hospital”.

People will also have the chance to view the harpsicord up close before and to speak to Mark after the concert.
