MNR MIXED TRAFFIC GALA 18th to 20th February 2011
A two train service will be in operation using the new Thuxton passing loop.
The intention is to provide a mixture of passenger and freight trains.
The timetable [see website] shows 4 or 5 [Saturday] “All Stations” stopping passenger trains ex Dereham where photographers can dismount, if they choose [don’t forget the warm clothes] and be picked up again on return.
On Saturday 19th Feb at 8.30pm a Fish & Chip train will run from Dereham. Two Sausage and Chips or Vegetarian Meals can also be ordered.
A pint of ale or glass of wine or soft drink, served at your seat, are included [please call 01362-851723] fare TBC.
Special Fares apply…….£7 Friday…….£10 Saturday and Sunday.
Rover Tickets………….£10 Friday…….£15 Saturday and Sunday.
Caveats!
* Rover Tickets do not apply to the Fish & Chip train.
