Suffolk-Owl-Sanctuary-1

To mark national Armed Forces Day the Suffolk Owl Sanctuary will be offering free admission to all serving troops and veterans on Saturday 29th, and Sunday 30th, June 2013.

The centre is home to over 80 owls and other birds of prey including falcons, hawks, red kites, eagles and vultures, red squirrels, chipmunks, ferrets and an ever expanding meerkat colony.

On this special weekend to showcase the public’s huge support for British troops,  the sanctuary will hold three spectacular flying displays daily and two feeding sessions with the cheeky meerkat colony.
