Fungus Foray
with Dr. Tony Leech

Pensthorpe Nature Reserve & Gardens, near Fakenham in Norfolk, famous for hosting BBC Springwatch, is running two Fungus Foray workshops with local expert Dr. Tony Leech at 10am and 1.30pm on 29th October 2009.

This popular workshop will teach you how to identify different species of fungi including what’s edible and what’s not. Tony, a local expert, has a wealth of knowledge about the mushrooms and toadstools found in Norfolk and his enthusiasm rubs of on adults and children alike

The cost is only £7 for children, £9 for seniors, £10.50 for adults and £2 for those who hold a Pensthorpe season card and this includes entrance into reserve for the day. To book a place on the workshop please call 01328 851465 or contact Pensthorpe Nature Reserve via e-mail: [email protected].
