The Bunka is a new initiative in Bungay to provide a safe and welcoming place for young people between 13 and 24 to meet, socialise, learn/train and become involved in a community project.
The Bunka is situated in the heart of the town, underneath Abbotts estate agents. The property has been fully refurbished and is about to open. We need the following people to support the project and make this an exciting and successful venture.
Project Manager:
16 hours per week (some day and evening, subject to need) starting pay £12.47 per hour to provide administrative and hands on support
Youth Workers:
12 hours per week (evenings)
(2 posts) (could increase subject to need and funding) starting pay £9.28 per hour
Volunteer Youth Workers:
Hours will be by arrangement. An ideal opportunity for people of all ages who are interested in working with young people or wish to gain experience in this field
