signs of spring week

Head to Fairhaven Woodland and Water Garden at South Walsham from Saturday 14 to Sunday 22 February 2015, for Signs of Spring Week, daily 10am to 5pm. Explore the garden, look out for signs of spring and win a prize.

Join us on Wednesday 18 February, from 11am to 3pm, and help create a giant woodland collage with materials found in the garden. Look out for photographs of the finished result at www.fairhavengarden.co.uk and facebook. Both activities are free with garden entry: £6.20 adult, £5.70 concessions and £3.65 child (under 5 free).

Then it’s Star Night on Saturday, February 21 from 7pm.  Telescopes will be set up for viewing the night sky, and there will talks all evening, courtesy of Norwich Astronomical Society. Do bring your own telescope and wrap up warm, but no torches as they destroy night vision. Entry is £3.50 adult, £2 child. Hot snacks, teas and coffees served in the tearoom from 7pm.
