Suffolk County Council and Suffolk Artlink would like to know more about the creative activities disabled people would like to do and what barriers they face.

There is a short online questionnaire at http://fluidsurveys.com/surveys/suffolk-artlink/access/ The survey is for disabled people and people or organisations that have experience in catering for what disabled people want to do.

This includes carers, support workers and organisations that work with disabled people.
