Suffolk Walking Festival – Make your mark at The Red House
For the very first year, we’ve created an art walk especially for the Suffolk Walking Festival fringe programme.
We’re offering you and your family a chance to join professional artist, Kasia Posen, and get creative in the inspiring landscape surrounding the Red House, Aldeburgh. Read more about the art walk.

Booking open for JumpstART Festival Arts Course
Booking is now open for our new JumpstART arts course aimed at adults with learning disabilities.
Starting in the first week in April, this 10-week course will focus on Festival Arts and take place in Bury St Edmunds, Lowestoft and Ipswich. Read more about the Festival Arts Course.
First Culture Health East Network event announced
We’re happy to be able to share details of the very first event delivered as part of the new Culture and Health Network for the East. Focusing on Creative Health and Social Prescribing, the event takes place Thursday 16th May 1.30 – 4.30pm at the DanceHouse, Ipswich. Read more about the event.
Make, Do & Friends heads to Lavenham Village Hall
On Friday 3rd May, we’re looking forward to welcoming Glasshouse Dance Company to Lavenham Village Hall for a performance of ‘A Little Bit of Light’, as part of our creative programme for older people in rural areas. Celebrating World Down Syndrome awareness day
To celebrate World Down Syndrome awareness day, which took place last week, we wanted to share some of the fantastic art created by Liza Wilkes, one of our regular JumpstART students. During our recent Storytelling course, Liza composed her own fairy tale and illustrated it with beautiful artworks she created using watercolour and ink. Read more about Liza Wilkes.
A huge well done to Keith for successfully taking on the Bath half marathon, and Eloise for completing the Colchester half marathon to raise money for our work. And our gratitude also goes to the Roundabout Ringers for their kind donation, many thanks to all, every bit of money raised is making a big difference!
