Suffolk Libraries have launched a new customer survey to find out what people think of their local library.

The survey only take a few minutes to complete and can be completed by going to the Suffolk Libraries website at www.suffolklibraries.co.uk

The survey aims to find out what people think of their local library and the library service in general. As well as seeking the views of regular library customers Suffolk Libraries is very keen to hear the views of people who don’t use the library service so it can find out what would encourage more people to use their library. Suffolk Libraries is an independent and charitable body which has been running all of Suffolk’s 44 libraries since August 2012.

The survey is running until 6 December 2013 and hard copies of the survey are available in libraries.
