Lowestoft’s Marina Theatre has introduced a new family ticket for its summer film season saving parents & carers money on a host of big screen entertainment this Summer.

Starting from today and running until September 5 2013, a special Advanced Purchase Family Saver Ticket will admit four people for £14.00 – Making the individual ticket price £3.50 each.

The new ticket can be used on all films screening throughout the summer including Despicable Me 2, Man Of Steel, Planes, Monsters University, The Lone Ranger, Percy Jackson Sea Of Monsters, Pacific Rim, Wolverine & Now You See Me.

The 800 seat Marina Theatre recently installed a brand new Dolby Digital Sound & Projection system and a new screen – one of the largest in the region. A spokesperson for the Marina said, “The school holiday’s are an expensive time for parents therefore regular trips to the Cinema can be difficult. We are delighted to announce our Advanced Saver Family Ticket which admits four people for just £14 and is available on all our Summer screenings.”

From today through until Thursday the Marina is screening cartoon comedy, Despicable Me 2 daily at 2.30 with Superman adventure, Man Of Steel playing nightly at 7.30.

Standard ticket prices for films at the Marina are £5 each for adults with over 60s and children priced at £4.50. All tickets purchased in advance cost £4 each with the advanced booking family saver ticket admitting four priced at £14.

Family saver and advanced purchase tickets must be booked at least 24 hours in advance and the family saver ticket must include one adult within the party. All tickets can be obtained by calling into or telephoning the Marina Box Office on 01502 533200.
