Bungay and Beccles Taekwondo Clubs members at the 2013 GTUK Open British Championships.

Bungay instructor Mr Gillett came back as a Double British Champion with Gold medals for Patterns and Sparring.

Joint Beccles instructor Nigel Bedingfield came back as a Triple British Champion with 3 Gold medals for Patterns, Sparring and Destruction.
