In recognition of this fantastic achievement NGS Ambassador Alan Gray presented Peter with a rare Camellia to add to the wonderful plant display at How Hill.
Peter said “Opening my garden for the NGS is really special for me as people are so appreciative of the garden, the wonderful broadland views and of course the teas provided by my dedicated team of helpers”.
How Hill Farm will be open on Sunday 20th May 2012 from 1 to 5pm and material cut from the renowned collection of Hollies in the garden is also being used in the Jubilee Festival of Flowers at Norwich Cathedral from 1st to 4th June.
The full details of all the gardens opening for the NGS can be found in the Norfolk Gardens 2012 booklet which is available in Libraries, TICs, garden centres and nurseries. Information is also available on www.ngs.org.uk
