The Weald Country Show

4th and 5th May 2014

The show with something for everybody

Now in its third year and a great visitor attendance in 2013, the show is set to be even bigger and better this year.

The only large public event held in the beautiful setting of Weald Country Park with it’s resident deer.

The show promises a fabulous array of main ring attractions like Falconry displays, Shire Horses, Sheep Racing, Dog and Duck Herding and much more. There will also be a fantastic dog area with dog rings with dog shows, dog agility and flyball throughout both days, Terrier and Lurcher racing will also be running on both days and we will have the unique Honiahaka Northern Inuit Dogs at the show as well as fun dog shows. So bring your dog along for a doggie fun day out.

Alongside these wonderful attractions will be some fabulous Rural Crafters and their demonstrations which will be a delight to watch from the Woodturners to stickmaking, furniture making, blacksmiths, potters and so much more. Why not come along and watch one of our many cookery demonstrations by local Chefs or listen to one of our eight bands playing daily.  Foraging Walks, Antique Interaction and Talks, Gardeners Corner some of the exciting things we have in stall for you at the show.
