Joyspring Jazz

The Friends of Woodbridge Library are holding their latest lunchtime concert on Tuesday 21 January. The ‘Joyspring’ jazz group will be performing at 12.45pm. It’s free to come along but any donations to support the library are welcome.

 

The Mayor of Woodbridge Charity Ball

Patti Mulcahy, The Mayor of Woobridge, is holding her first charity ball on Saturday 22 February and The Eve Appeal, Woodbridge Soldiers Fund and The Friends of Woodbridge Library are the chosen charities.

The event is being held at Seckford Hall Hotel and tickets will be £45 per head which will include dinner and dancing with music provided by the Grace Brothers Band. The Friends of Library are a group of local volunteers, including the Mayor herself who are working to support the library.

 

Beautifully Basic Bike Maintenance

Cycling and Maintenance Advisor Richard Simpson will be holding a cycle maintenance course at the library with sessions on 25 January and 1 February between 10am and 1pm. The course will cover how to look after your bike, basic maintenance and how to make adjustments to make sure using it is safe and comfortable. To book your place please contact the library on 01394 446510.
