Yare Gallery Summer Exhibition

Yare Gallery Summer Exhibition 2021

Yare Gallery, 26 South Quay, Great Yarmouth

“Our Summer Exhibition opens on  Friday 6th August 2021 featuring 100 artists from across the Eastern Region.

This is a great opportunity after the the last year and a half of lockdowns and no exhibitions, for artists to be able to show their work again, and for us at the Yare Gallery to see what everyone has been creating.

It promises to be a colourful show with work from paintings, sculptures, ceramics and textiles – so we think it really will be something for everyone.

We look forward to welcoming you all through our doors – open Tuesday to Saturday 10am to 4pm (last entry 3.30pm). So pop along to South Quay, Great Yarmouth and come and see us.

Its also an ideal time to mention our new curator Sarah Young, who has joined us recently, and has lots of exciting plans for the Yare’s exhibition programme and the building itself – we will shortly be creating a Sculpture Garden, a cafe and a shop to add to our visitor experience.  We are also keen to have group visits, both adult and children – so if this is something you’d be interested in please get in touch.  We’d also love some more volunteers to join us. Entry is free, and there is parking beside us.

You can follow us on social media @theyaregallery or contact Sarah by email on [email protected]
