Although Census ‘day’ has been and gone, the next phase of the Census has commenced with field officers calling at households who have not yet returned their forms.
This phase will run until 6th May 2011. Whilst census collectors should never enter the household unless they are asked to do so, it is possible distraction doorstep burglars or rogue traders may take this opportunity to target vulnerable persons.
