The Community Forum with Waveney District Council are providing a FREE workshop on HR on 21st July between 1:30 – 4:30pm at The Kirkley Centre. It is ideal for small voluntary and community organisations that employ a few staff and do not have HR specialists to go for help and guidance.

Every organisation will have staff issues at some time and it can be difficult to know how to handle them so you continue to get the best from your staff. This session will help you to learn how to deal with capability and disciplinary issues and how to work with your staff to improve their performance. There will be plenty of opportunities to ask questions about your particular situation in a small and friendly group.
