Heveningham Hall Country Fair

This year’s Heveningham Hall Country Fair takes place on

Saturday 2nd and Sunday 3rd July 2016

The two-day extravaganza – which raises funds for a wide range of local good causes – will be organized solely by the Heveningham Hall Country Fair Trust.

The Fair typically sees around 15,000 visitors descend on the 18th Century Estate and each year the Heveningham Hall Country Fair Trust distributes all proceeds to the local communities for village and school projects, church repairs and individual cases of need.

Commenting on the organisation decision, chairwoman and charity trustee Anne Clark, said: “We have had three fantastic years of partnering with Halesworth Lions Wings & Wheels but feel the time has come for us to take back the reigns in the spirit of constantly evolving the event. We are already excited about this year’s Fair and will be making some further announcements on new attractions in the coming weeks.”

The Fair also plays host to a 10km run on Sunday 3rd July which specifically raises monies for ‘Get Kids Going’, a fantastic national charity providing disabled children and young people – up to the age of 26 years – the wonderful opportunity of participating in sport. The charity provides specially built sports’ wheelchairs so young people can do a huge range of sports.
