“Kittiwake Watch”
Saturday 2nd July 2011 on the South Pier, Lowestoft
Members of the local group will be inviting the public to see the
Lowestoft Kittiwakes through their binoculars and telescopes.
from 1pm. to 4pm.
Nationally these birds are in decline through lack of sand eels.
Come along to the South Pier and see these delightful little
gulls on the nest with their chicks and find out more about them.
