Head to Fairhaven Woodland and Water Garden at South Walsham on Saturday, May 23 and hunt for all things blue, then return on Wednesday, May 27 to create a Green Man tree face. Both events are included in the garden entry charge: £6.20 adult, £5.70 concessions, £3.65 child (under 5 free).
It’s also the perfect time to wander through the woodland garden to see the colourful candelabra primulas, which will be in flower until early June.

Hunt for All Things Blue
Saturday, May 23, 11am to 3pm
Family event: May is the season for blue sky and fledgling blue tits. Explore the woodland garden for all things blue and tick them off as you go along for a small prize.

Green Man Tree Faces
Wednesday, May 27, 11am to 3pm
Family event: Create a Green Man tree face with clay and natural materials. Bring a camera to take a picture. Make a fairy wand and create a miniature fairy tea party to take home.

There is wheelchair access throughout the garden, including a Sensory Garden and an accessible boat for trips on the broad from April to October (additional charge). Visitors requiring special facilities are advised to telephone in advance, mobility scooters available.
Dogs are welcome on leads; small charge to cover poop scoop.
