Dear friends and colleagues

Our “Carers Information Days” planned for early October have just a few table spaces available, four (4) at the Norwich Forum on Monday, October 3rd, and five (5) at the Shrublands, Gorleston on Wednesday, October 5th.  To join us at either or both events, please fill in our Events Registration Document  with your request, I will always send you a confirmation email when you have been accepted.

From now on, all applications for table space at any of our events must be made by filling in our Events Registration Document  which can always be found on the front page of www.careforcarers.org.uk or any emails I send you.  As the Event Registration Document is a web based item it can be used on any computer and will not invade your privacy.

In June, at both the Norwich Forum and the Shrublands in Gorleston we had people/organisations turn up saying they had booked a space, or they took it for granted they could just turn up unannounced on the day.  Chris and I exercise a very strict “House Keeping” policy and know 100% who has booked a place at our events, and unless you have an email from me confirming your table space, we unfortunately cannot just fit you in.

At all future events, before you can set up your table space you must sign in with Chris, you will then be given your table number and escorted there by Jo Storie, Jo is a Care for Carers committee member.

Although I book up events at least a year in advance, I never anticipate what the next year will bring, and in June 2016, “Wow!”  we set a record with the footfall we had at each event, especially the Norwich Forum.  Without all the work you do and the help you give Care for Carers at each of our events, we couldn’t do as we do. Wherever you might be, thank you for all the hard work you do to help people less fortunate than ourselves.

I will look forward to hearing the “little bleep” and seeing the “flash” on my screen when you book the remaining table spaces at our events for the 3rd October at the Forum and 5th October at the Shrublands, please don’t leave it till the last minute and be disappointed.
