Hundreds of members of local flower arranging clubs will be attending the event at Sportspark on the weekend of 12 and 13 August. Thorpe Floral Design Club will be hosting the demonstration on Saturday 12 August in the Barclay Arena, which accommodates three sports halls and allows for 750 seated guests. Workshops will be held in one of Sportspark’s largest conference rooms on Sunday 13 August.

The event will be the first of its kind for Sportspark, which hosts national and international sporting competitions as well as conference events throughout the year.
Tickets for the demonstration cost £30. The workshop is already fully booked. A celebration lunch to mark the clubs 10th anniversary is also available before the demonstration at a cost of £15 a head.
