Fun and Fit Norfolk
Active Norfolk has launched a new project called Fun & Fit Norfolk which is aimed at adults who currently do no physical activity or very little. We are putting on several 10 week courses in the Norwich and Broadland area that are completely FREE of charge. Courses on offer include swimming, yoga, dance, football and running. Norfolk Sports Awards
Nominations for the Norfolk Sports Awards are flooding in! You have until October 25 to nominate your club, coach, school or business for an award. It is expected that the 2013 Norfolk Sports Awards will attract more than 300 nominations and a full capacity of 300+ guests. The Ceremony will be held within the stunning Atrium at the Forum in Norwich on Wednesday 6th November, 6.45pm-9.30pm. It will be hosted by BBC’s Shaun Peel and we will have some very exciting local sporting guests. Tickets are now on sale for the Awards Ceremony
