Arts and community charity Creative Arts East will be serving afternoon tea to audiences attending a special performance of one – woman theatre show ‘To Helen Back’ on Thursday 26th October at Hoveton Village Hall at 2pm, with the performance beginning at 2.30pm

‘To Helen Back’ is an hour long spoken word/comedy/performance art show analysing sickness, health and what it really means to recover. Helen invites you to join her in a surreal hospital to crea te a funny, unique and powerful theatrical experience. Be on the look – out while she sneaks around wards, X-Ray rooms and cupboards to discover the bizarre, the bemusing and the ba…aah, well that would be telling!

The show is a ‘Pay What You Decide’ performance, giving audiences have the opportunity to come, watch, and pay what they think their experience is worth, after the show.

This is a significant type of work that Creative Arts East are promoting, giving audiences the chance to see the highest quality new theatre from emerging companies, and to also enjoy an afternoon tea at the same time. Therefore, although no-one has to pay for a ticket in advance, please contact Creative Arts East to reserve your place, which will allow the correct numbers for catering.

You can see ‘To Helen Back’ at Hoveton Village Hall, on Thursday 26th October at 2pm (performance at 2.30pm)
