There’s a warm invitation to anyone who would like to attend an Open Meeting at Beccles Public Hall on Saturday 19th March 2016 from 10am to Noon.

It will be an informal opportunity to find out more about the diverse and crucial array of volunteering duties available at the Hall and Lido as well as hearing updates on the two community facilities owned and run by BLL (Beccles Lido Ltd).

Technical Support
Back Stage

These are just a handful of the many important tasks you would be able to talk to the Directors and volunteers about depending on your particular interest.

The Open Morning will include an update from BLL Chief Executive, Shaun Crowley, on the current position at Beccles Lido and the challenges ahead.

Also, the Hall team will be screening a colourful short overview film which offers lovely viewing – it captures the essence of just some of the many artistes and their shows, both visually and musically. The film also includes a series of illuminating”before and after” images of Phase Two of the refurbishment work last year.

“All in all, it displays how immensely proud we are of our achievements at the Hall and for the benefit of the community at large” said John Cushing, Hall Director.

So, please come along on Saturday 19th March at 10am where there will be refreshments including home-made scones and a very warm welcome!
