A visit to Bressingham Steam Museum, situated a couple of miles from Diss in Norfolk. There are four running lines at Bressingham. The Standard gauge line, the 2ft Gauge Nursery Railway, the 15inch gauge Waveney Valley Railway and the 10.25inch gauge Garden Railway.

On the day of my visit, NSB 21c class No. 377 “King Haakon VII” was working on the Standard gauge line, giving footplate rides to visitors over the age of 13. Hudswell Clarke 0-4-0ST No. 1643 “Bronllwyd” was working trains on the Nursery Railway, which passes over the 15inch gauge line a couple of times. Krupp built 4-6-2 Pacific No. 1662 “Rosenkavalier” (sister loco to Black Prince on the Romney, Hythe & Dymchurch Railway and Männertreu on the Waveney Valley Railway at Bressingham) was working trains on the Waveney Valley Railway. The fourth and final railway, the 10.25inch gauge Garden Railway, saw 0-4-0ST tender loco No. 1 “Alan Bloom” work trains along the line.
