SUMMER 1993

It was wonderful to have an almost full house for COLD WAR on Monday. Thank you all.

The film club will be back on Monday 25 March with SUMMER 1993, a film from the Catalan region of Northern Spain about a little girl who leaves Madrid to live in the country with her aunt and uncle. For the trailer and further details visit www.bungayfilmclub.com.

This month’s Fisher film is THE BOOKSHOP (PG) at 7.45pm this Monday 4 March which is set in 1959 on the East Anglian coast and stars Emily Mortimer, Bill Nighy and Patricia Clarkson. The central character in THE BOOKSHOP is a lively young widow who takes a huge risk when she opens a bookshop in a conservative town. Plenty of seats have already been sold for Monday’s screening so book in advance to avoid disappointment.

Tickets £5 and £3 from the Fisher Theatre box office or online at www.fishertheatre.org.
