The ‘Friends of Newmarket Library’ are compiling a new guide for visitors to Newmarket with the content generated by people who live in the town – because nobody knows a town as well as the people who live there!

The guide will include suggestions of where would to take visiting friends, interesting facts about Newmarket, the best views of the town and local area and what they shouldn’t miss.

You can take part by suggesting your ‘top ten’ things about Newmarket using a nomination form on the Suffolk Libraries website which can be handed in at Newmarket Library or simply emailing [email protected]

The closing date is 9 May and it’s open to everyone. You can send through as many suggestions as you like. If you live in or around Newmarket please let your friends know too!
