Kessingland-Library

Kessingland Library are hosting several events over the next two months with the support of The Friends of the Library in Kessingland (FOLK).

There will be a talk on garden birds at the library’s Prime Time group on Wednesday June 19th at 2.30pm. There is an £1 entry fee including refreshments. The Prime Time group is a regular event for older library customers.

FOLK are holding an open library day at the library on Tuesday 9 July from 3pm to 6.30pm to showcase the wide range of services which not all local people are aware of. There will also be a chance to find out more about FOLK and how you can get involved in supporting library activities. There will also be a chance to discuss joining  a new book group.

There will also be a second hand book sale at the library on Sunday 21 July from 11am to 2pm and any donations of books are welcome.

Kessingland Library was opened in 2010 in Marram Green. As well as the Prime Time group the library also runs Baby Bounce and Tot Rock sessions for young children twice a week and children’s craft sessions.
