The fifteen inch gauge line is one of the longest in East Anglia and runs along the nine mile line from Aylsham to Wroxham. A rover ticket lets you travel all day for one price. For families joining the Friends of the Bure Valley Railway membership entitles you to future reduced fares for a whole year, and a quarterly magazine keeps you updated with all the events at the railway and more.

The souvenir shop provides a variety of gifts and memorabilia and a vast stock of model railways. Children can complete their badge collections with a badge of their favourite Bure Valley Railway engine. A visit to the railway workshop will provide an insight into the “behind the scenes” day to day running of the heritage railway founded in 1990 on the old East Norfolk Line. It provides a new experience for the youngsters and nostalgia for the older generation. For Half term fun visit the Bure Valley Railway.
