3rd of October 2015

11 am – 1 pm

Joining Paws is the first of hopefully many events and is organised by Lex’s Legacy and Hallswood Animal Sanctuary.

This first event will be held in Hellesdon High School on October the third between 11 am and 1 pm and we can promise you a fun filled day will something for everyone.

Hallswood Animal Sanctuary will not only have their fantastic café with mouth-watering home-made cakes, jams and marmalades, light lunches and not to forget hot drinks but they will also fill half the main hall with over 20 tables filled with bargains; everything from clothes, shoes and handbags to toys, games and bric-a-brac.

Lex’s Legacy will bring their famous tombola and lots of other games but maybe most importantly; they will bring some of their dogs!

Why not have your photo taken in a fairy-tale surrounding with a snow dog by your side or maybe you are more of a Game of Thrones kind of person?

Hallswood will also have a photo exhibition on the day thanks to the fantastic photographer Dale Wordley and you will be able to order prints of the photos on the day.

Animals – Bargains – Cake

Free entry

Lots of parking

Sounds like a recipe for a great day to us.

See you there!

Lex’s Legacy was founded after a loss of a beloved pet. Lex died of epilepsy and after working with other rescues the founders felt they could offer a more personal and friendly touch, working with the owners offering advice and help to keep pets rather than give up on them. Lex’s Legacy is specialised in snow dogs and their fantastic work is truly inspiring.

Hallswood Animal Sanctuary and Hallswood Cats are two rescues in one. Hallswood animal sanctuary has been going since 1996 and will never turn an injured animal down. Although predominantly a wildlife rescue they help numerous cats every year and last year Hallswood Cats was started as a rescue within the rescue so to speak.

More info about these three rescues can be found on
